Terms and Conditions

Welcome to XFUN.LT! These terms and conditions govern the rental and use of our event equipment and services, including bouncy castles, machines and party accessories. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

1. General Terms

• All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation from XFUN.LT.
• We may request a valid photo ID upon delivery or setup.
• XFUN.LT reserves the right to refuse service for security or legal reasons.

2. Booking and Payment

• Reservations must be made in advance via our website, phone or email.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Full payment is due prior to the event or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• A full refund may be issued for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the event.
• A fee may apply or the deposit may be forfeited for cancellations made within 48 hours.
• Weather-related cancellations may be canceled without additional fees, subject to availability.

4. Delivery and Setup

• XFUN.LT delivers and installs all rental equipment at the agreed time and location.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring a safe, flat and accessible installation location.
• We do not deliver to unsafe or dangerous areas.

5. Equipment Use

• All equipment must be used responsibly and under adult supervision.
• Food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects and animals are not allowed on inflatable or sensitive machines.
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused by improper use or negligence.

6. Liability

• XFUN.LT is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use or lack of maintenance.
• All participants use our equipment at their own risk.
• Our services are insured, but we encourage customers to act responsibly.

7. Weather Policy

• In order to ensure safety, rentals may be postponed due to poor weather (heavy rain, wind or snow).
• XFUN.LT reserves the right to cancel or change the setup if conditions are deemed unsafe.

8. Return Policy

• Equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as it was delivered.
• Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for damage or excessive dirtiness.

9. Privacy Policy

• We only collect the data we need to manage your order.
• XFUN.LT will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
